About Promintal Impact Northern Ireland
We aim to bridge the gap between people and the knowledge, skills, resources and technology they need to build better futures.
Who we are
Promintal Impact Northern Ireland is a not-for-profit organisation based in Belfast. Our mission is to empower individuals, strengthen communities and widen access to education, entrepreneurship and digital opportunity.
Through free programmes, mentoring, enterprise support and digital tools, we help young people, aspiring entrepreneurs, underserved communities and people facing barriers to opportunity reach their potential.
A society where everyone, regardless of background or financial circumstances, can access the knowledge, skills and opportunities they need to thrive.
To advance education, entrepreneurship, digital inclusion and personal development through accessible learning, practical resources, mentoring and technology that create measurable social impact.
People facing barriers to opportunity
Independent, accountable and transparent
A board of trustees oversees our strategy, finances, safeguarding and risk. We are a separate organisation from Promintal Consulting Limited, and every resource we hold is used for our purposes.
Our relationship with Promintal Consulting
- Written agreements for any software, intellectual property, brand or services we use.
- A conflicts of interest policy. Connected trustees declare interests and step out of related decisions.
- Independent trustee approval that every arrangement is in our interests.
How our board works
- Responsible for strategy, financial oversight, safeguarding and risk.
- All resources applied to our purposes.
- No distribution of profits to members.
